Aims and Scope
Asian Journal of Business and Management (AJBM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Asian Online Journals (AOJ). The journal operates a rigorous double-blind peer review process committed to academic excellence, rapid dissemination, and ethical publishing standards.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Peer Review Process

1. Initial Assessment
The Editorial Office checks the manuscript for formatting, scope, and plagiarism.

2. Editor Assignment
An appropriate Editor handles the manuscript and assigns at least two independent expert reviewers.

3. Peer Review
Reviewers evaluate the scientific quality and provide feedback (Double-blind process).

4. Final Decision
The Editor makes a decision based on reviewer recommendations (Accept, Revise, or Reject).
Publication Frequency
The journal is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December. Articles are published continuously online as soon as they are accepted and typeset.
